Parents need to register the child after meeting the concerned person at the reception desk. Once the registration formalities are completed the students seeking admission for Classes KG- 1 to IX are given a date for admission assessment. After the child clears the assessment, a meeting of the parent and the student is held with the Principal. Selection for class Nursery is made on the basis of parent and child’s interview.
Parents or guardians are required to fill out the online application form with accurate student and family information. All mandatory fields must be completed, and relevant documents such as previous academic records and identification should be uploaded to ensure the application can be processed without delay.
Once the application form is successfully submitted, a confirmation message will be sent via email or SMS. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of the application and provides parents with reference details for future communication with the school.
The admissions team at Al Yaqeen School carefully reviews each application to ensure it meets the school’s admission criteria. During this stage, academic records, supporting documents, and overall eligibility are evaluated. Parents may be contacted if additional information is required.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an admission interview. This may include a student assessment and a meeting with parents or guardians. The interview helps the school understand the student’s learning needs and ensures alignment with Al Yaqeen School’s educational values.
Upon successful completion of the interview and approval of admission, parents will be notified to proceed with the payment of admission and registration fees. Fee details, payment methods, and deadlines will be clearly communicated to confirm the student’s enrollment.
